step into your

motherf*cking magic.

Every day you’re hammered with messages telling you what you “should” do in order to meet other people’s standards of goodness, health, and worthiness. All that external noise can make it challenging to decipher your own needs and desires.

By working through shame and self-doubt and getting to the core of who you are and what you want, your own internal voice will get stronger, allowing you to finally come home to yourself.

My Pillars of Self-Trust Framework is the big-picture process that all of my coaching and content fits within.

The framework includes three fundamental pillars:

Pillar I:

Consciousness Practices

Bring awareness to your ghosts of self-doubt, limiting beliefs, cognitive distortions, and anything else holding you back from deeper self-trust. This stage of your development sets you up with the understanding you need to navigate your life and the world with increased clarity and intention.

Pillar II:

Care Practices

Adopt forms of care that support and nourish you, with a focus on things like pleasure, rest, intuitive eating, intentional movement, and social connection. This stage of your development helps you learn how to prioritize your body’s needs in a sustainable way.

Pillar III:

Courage Practices

Align your words and actions with your values by embracing vulnerability and authenticity, even in the face of fear and discomfort. This stage of your development teaches you how to show up for yourself and your community so you can make the world a better place in the process.

By integrating and embodying these pillars in your life, you’ll be more rooted in your purpose and have an inner compass that you can trust to lead the way.

Allow me to introduce myself!

I’m Shohreh DAvoodi, and my pronouns are she/her/hers.

I think of myself as a rainbow glitter bomb of a human who’s been gifted with the superpower of thoughtfulness.

As a self-trust coach, writer, and podcast host, my mission is to help people come home to themselves, both for the sake of individual well-being and for the collective healing required to build a more just and compassionate world.

I live, work, and play in Austin, Texas, on land that is the unceded territory of the Tonkawa and Comanche tribes. When I’m not in front of my computer, you can find me defying gravity on my trapeze, soaking up the Texas sunshine, doing crafts and projects, and loving on my two pups, Alamo and Peppermint.

“Shohreh is a wizard at finding the heart of what people are saying. By restating and reinforcing what she hears from her clients, she helps us dig through the muck and find the shiny thing that's lurking. Working with Shohreh makes me feel warm, and seen, and supported, and encouraged.”

“I learned so much from Shohreh. She always had relevant information to share and I was constantly amazed at how knowledgeable she is about so many subjects. I feel like every time Shohreh and I spoke and she provided feedback, it was so insightful and empowering.”

- Pam R.
Shohreh's client Pam smiles in a blue, ruffled, off-the shoulder top.

“Shohreh has helped me find strength I didn’t know I had. Working with her has provided clarity about what makes me *me* and how I can use that to make the differences I actually want to be making in the world.”

-Sarah G.

“I felt really supported by Shohreh, and I appreciated the way she showed up on coaching calls! It felt really open to let me share my experiences without any pressure, and it felt like Shohreh never wanted to "fix" me.”

- Eryn J.
Shohreh's client Eryn smiles with her wavy, dirty blonde hair worn down and loose. Trees can be seen behind her.

“Working with Shohreh changed the way I think about self-trust, self-compassion, and body image. I love that she's created a queer-positive space and that she's social-justice oriented in everything she does. Instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach, she worked with me to figure out what would make sense for my life and my goals. I didn't realize that having major mindset shifts would be both fun and affirming!”
