By working through shame and self-doubt and getting to the core of who you are and what you want, you’ll learn to hear your own voice again and come home to yourself.
Pillars of Self-Trust
My Pillars of Self-Trust Framework is the big-picture process that all of my coaching and content fits within. The framework includes three fundamental pillars:
Pillar I: Consciousness Practices
is about bringing awareness to the ghosts of self-doubt (more on them later) and everything else holding you back from deeper self-trust. This stage of your development sets you up with the understanding you need to navigate your life and the world with increased clarity.
Pillar II: Care Practices
is about the forms of care that fuel you, such as pleasure, rest, nourishment, intentional movement, social connection, and self-compassion. This stage of your development shows you how to adopt the reenergizing activities you need to sustain and fulfill yourself.
Pillar III: Courage Practices
is about bravely acting in alignment with your values by embracing vulnerability, living authentically, and engaging in activism. This stage of your development teaches you how fear and discomfort are essential parts of cultivating courage (so you’re equipped to change the damn world!).
By integrating and embodying these pillars in your own life,
you’ll be more rooted in your authentic self, better understand what’s holding you back,
and have a plan for what to do about it.

I think of myself as a rainbow glitter bomb of a human who’s been gifted with the superpower of thoughtfulness.
As a self-trust coach, content creator, and podcast host, my mission is to help people figure out who they are and what they value so that they can strengthen their inner compass and come home to themselves.
I live in Austin, Texas, where I like to love on my two pups, Alamo and Peppermint, explore the great outdoors, do crafty shit, and defy gravity on my trapeze.
