Holy crap! This lil ol' podcast has made it to the big 5-0! Thank you for being a part of the Redefining Health & Wellness journey so far. It means the world to me that people all over the planet listen to this podcast I work so hard on.

In celebration of this milestone, I invite you to get up close and personal with the podcast in this solo episode. I start at the very beginning (a very good place to start) with telling you how the podcast came to be and walk you through all the steps it took to grow the podcast to where it is today.

I share what my start-up costs were before launch, how much it costs me to produce the podcast now, and how much money I've made from the podcast (spoiler alert: not much yet!). Additionally, I describe all of the time and energy that gets put in behind the scenes to release each episode.

I hope you enjoy this deep dive into my podcasting process. I'm committed to continuing this important, culture-making work, and I'm looking forward to the next 50 episodes!
