Welcome to the Ditch Diet Culture Resource Guide!
As my clients work to ditch diet culture for good and embrace body liberation and health on their own terms instead, I field a lot of requests from them for additional resources. This resource guide is an attempt to consolidate all of my repeat suggestions in one place.
These resources are generally free from talk of intentional weight loss advice, trendy diets to try, fat shaming/thin praising, diet mentality, demonizing foods, etc. That being said, I am not responsible for the content of these creators, and if someone writes or posts something inappropriate or out of alignment with those values, please don’t assume that I know about it or agree with it.
The resources are categorized (though many of these could definitely fit into multiple categories) and appear in no particular order. Additionally, this resource guide is a living document that I will update regularly. If you have suggestions for the guide, don’t hesitate to send them my way by emailing hello@shohrehdavoodi.com.
