Follow Your Arrow is my year-long self-trust membership program for smart, compassionate people who want to live life with intention and step into their motherf*cking magic. Enrollment opens every November for the following year.
About Follow Your Arrow
Each year in November I open up enrollment for my membership program, Follow Your Arrow.
It’s 12 months of deconditioning, personal growth, and group coaching so you can move through self-doubt and shame and feel the warm embrace of self-trust.
The program is based in my Pillars of Self-Trust Framework, which includes the pillars of Consciousness Practices, Care Practices, and Courage Practices. By integrating and embodying these pillars in your life, you’ll be more rooted in who you are, what’s holding you back, and what you want to do about it.

I want you to be able to tap into your values when faced with hard decisions so that you always have an inner compass to rely on.

Podcast
Redefining Health & Wellness is a podcast where I bring needed color and vibrancy to otherwise black-and-white conversations about health and well-being. The show explores the ways in which diet culture, standards of beauty, and systems of oppression have shaped our beliefs about health.
