You may have noticed that over the last few years, diet culture has seized on gut health as being the new thing we should all be worried about. Probiotics seem to be everywhere, instagram influencers are hawking supposed food sensitivity tests, and restrictive diets are the blanket recommendation for any kind of gastric distress.

That’s why I’m so glad Beth Rosen agreed to come on the podcast to set the record straight on having a healthy gut. Beth is a non-diet dietitian and digestive disorders expert who is frustrated by all the misinformation out there about treating gut issues.

Beth Rosen, MS, RD, CDN is a non-diet Registered Dietitian and the owner of Goodness Gracious Living Nutrition. Beth has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland, a Master’s degree in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, and has been working in the field for over 20 years. She has a private practice in Southbury, CT and has helped her clients find relief from digestive disorders such as Irritable Bowel Disease (IBS) and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Gastroparesis and Colitis, as well as share her knowledge as a GI Dietitian with other health professionals.
