Contrary to popular belief, thoughtfulness is not a trait you either have or you don't; it's a skill you can improve on with practice. As the self-proclaimed queen of thoughtfulness, I thought I would use this solo episode as an opportunity to share some of my best-kept secrets for how to be more thoughtful.
